What is the solution for troubleshooting of rubber press?

1. Vacuuming degree (rate)

The vacuuming rate (i.e. the time it takes to vacuumize) has been mentioned before. It is very important. It has much to do with the space inside the vacuum hood (including the mold size). The smaller the space, the better the vacuuming effect will be. Otherwise, it is likely that the vacuuming effect will not be achieved. The parallelism of the plate is significant. It will directly determine the quality of your product. If the parallelism is not good, the thickness of the product will be uneven. We can detect this situation from the following aspects: 1). After the debugging of the factory equipment of general manufacturers, the fixed position of the screw and nut will be marked with red paint or lines to prevent the loosening of the fixings caused by shaking during transportation. Therefore, we should often check whether these "red dots" are misaligned.

2. Check whether the nuts of the rubber press columns are loose;

3. Check whether the fixing of the plate is displaced;

4. Check whether the thickness of the product is fixed in a certain part (such as: top, bottom, left, right). If it is fixed in a certain part, the solution is as follows: A. Put (apply) carbon paper (blue printing paper) or red lead powder on the lower mold of the mold, close the mold manually, and gently touch the upper mold. After a short pause, open the mold. At this time, you can check the uniformity of the matching contact parts of the upper and lower molds; B. Remove the mold and press the soft lead strip on the plate to test the parallelism. This method has been introduced before; C. If it is determined that there is a deviation in the parallelism of a certain part, you can use a thin copper sheet or paper pad under the plate to correct it. It is more convenient to pad it under the mold to solve it; Note: If the mold is not parallel, it must be padded under the mold; D Check whether the insulation board is right-side-up
